Domaine des Roches owner - collecting the domaine des Roches is a beautiful Macon residence of the XVIII th century. The cave is located at the level of the ground floor, under the body of the building, which is typical of the buildings of the region.
Today, the vineyard is composed of 4.5 hectares of vines divided into two varieties, Chardonnay for the white wines and Pinot Noir for red wines. 3 hectares of Chardonnay provide grapes for the 'Mâcon blanc"and the"Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs", 1.5 hectares of Pinot Noir feeding"Red Burgundy", the"Burgundy Rose"and the"Crémant de Bourgogne Rose". Come and taste our wines: Macon Ige white "Anvil" 2014, Macon Ige white "Castle London" 2011, our "Rouvraie" 2013 red Burgundy, Burgundy rosé "delights of Ines' as well as our crémants of Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs (Guide Hachette 2010 selection) and crémant de Bourgogne Rose.
