Located 10 minutes from the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly, 180 km from Paris and 2 minutes from the exit of the A77 motorway 22.1 (Cosne sur Loire, Saint-Père),  Fabrice and Chantal  are pleased to welcome you into their B&B "L'Oree des Vignes"

The house has 4 bedrooms , each with a unique character thanks to a renovation that combines the exceptional character of the stone, wood and lime. The new owners have been hooked by discovering this exceptional farmhouse of character. 
The house has a garden of 3400 m2 providing a haven of peace just two minutes from the center of Cosne sur Loire. The outdoor fireplace equipped with a terrace where you can make the most of the tranquility of the place.
All rooms are equipped with a bathroom and separate toilet. The toiletries are provided.
A welcome tray will allow you at any time to prepare a hot or cold beverage.
Wi-Fi and private parking are available upon your arrival.
In case of big heat, portable air conditioners are available.
The continental breakfast is served every morning, fresh bread, jams and yoghurt, fruit juice, allow you to start your day perfectly.

Chantal and Fabrice also offer you to share their table for dinner. Enjoy the specialties of the Burgundy terroir, Burgundy wines will delight your taste buds in a family-like atmosphere.
